Thelma has been an amazing realtor. Not only
does she know the in's and out's of the Upstate area
but she shares all sorts of other important information: plumbers, architects, snow plowers,
and concrete/masonry contractors. Thelma came up
with a brilliant idea on how to frame an offer on
a hot property that let me win the bid at a
reasonable price. She is available and has stayed
on top of all of the various parties to make sure
the closing happens. I could not be more impressed!

Thelma was amazing.
Thelma was amazing. When I described the property I sought, she set out to find my new home.
Persistent but not pushy, Thelma walked me through numberous properties over six months until
I walked into the residence that is now my home. She stayed on top of deadlines and appointments,
offered valuable advice, and kept me informed of the closing process, including suggestions for
